Multi-year rationalisation plan

Contribution intended for entities that in the social welfare field, in addition to managing services for people with disabilities, have in charge staff with employment contracts that are more onerous than the standards provided for by the Regulation implementing Articles 19, 20 and 21 of Provincial Law no. 13/2007.

The beneficiaries of the contribution (approved by Executive Determination no. 13715/2023 and subsequent amendment no. 143/2024) for the years from 2024 onwards, must submit an annual request for payment signed by the legal representative, indicating the number of FTEs, broken down by level/grade, present on 1 July of each year in the social welfare and social-health care sector.
