Mountain Area Development Interventions as amended. - cartography annex C

The decree identifies and classifies mountain areas for the purposes of Chapter I and regulates the procedures for implementing the measures provided for therein, including those delegated by the aforesaid provincial law to the Provincial Council's deliberations.

In addition to the mountain areas identified in annexes A and B, the territories indicated in annex C(www.trentinoagricoltura.it) below are classified as other mountain areas:

To municipalities that intend to implement the environmental measures provided for in the implementing decree.

The municipalities concerned shall transmit to the Provincial Council, by 30 June of each year, the application for approval of the programme of interventions accompanied, under penalty of inadmissibility, by the programme itself and by a certified true copy of the original of the minutes of the deliberation certifying its approval.
