International Mobility Placements for Students – 2nd edition - ESF+

The Call for Applications, approved byProvincial Council Resolution No. 1997 of 6 December 2024, provides funding for intercultural and language training projects and curricular/training placements abroad, in European Union countries and the United Kingdom, for students in upper secondary education and higher vocational education attending provincial and state-recognised educational and training institutions in the province of Trento.

The aim of these training initiatives is to promote the learning of English and German as foreign languages and to enable students to acquire professional skills and competences through work-based learning placements abroad.

The total funding allocated under this Call for Applications amounts to €820,000, financed as follows: 40% from the European Union – European Social Fund Plus, 42% from the State and 18% from the Autonomous Province of Trento.

Project proposals may be submittedfrom 10.00 am on 10 December 2024 until the deadline of 12.00 noon on 9 January 2025.

Applications may be submitted by provincial and state-recognised secondary-level educational and training institutions in the Autonomous Province of Trento, as well as by temporary consortia, consortia and economic and social interest groups (G.e.i.e.) led by one of the aforementioned educational or training institutions.

The management of projects deemed eligible for funding will only be awarded followingESF accreditation if the educational or training institution does not already hold such accreditation.

Project proposals may be submittedfrom 10.00 am on 10 December 2024 until the deadline of 12.00 noon on 9 January 2025.

Educational and training institutions wishing to apply must submit their project proposals via the online procedure for SUBMISSION AND MANAGEMENT OF TRAINING INITIATIVES.

New organisations must first register in the REGISTRATION. Once the registration process is complete, a login link will be sent to the email address provided to access the members’ area.

FORMAT FOR THE SUBMISSION OF PROJECTS

Project proposals must be submitted via the online system and must consist of the following documents:

• Form A – Funding application, digitally signed by the legal representative or their authorised delegate with signing authority, in compliance with current stamp duty regulations
• Form B – Project description. The project proposal must be drafted in Italian, with a maximum of 50,000 (fifty thousand) characters, and digitally signed by the legal representative or their delegate with signing authority. This description must be particularly accurate and precise in its descriptive section, as it will serve as the basis for the implementation of the project. The minimum content and characteristics of the project description must comply with the requirements set out in the general criteria and the assessment grid;
• Form C – Financial Estimate
• Form D – Declaration of Temporary Joint Venture/Consortium/European Economic Interest GroupingThis form is to be completed only when project proposals are submitted by Temporary Joint Ventures, Consortia or European Economic Interest Groupings (EEIGs) that have not yet been established. If already established, please submit a copy of the instrument of incorporation.

Documents must be submitted to the Administration directly online via theIT system.

The online system will issue a receipt showing the date and time the application was submitted.
