How to initiate the Family Audit certification consolidation process

Description

The Family Audit certification is a management tool available to organisations (small, medium and large) that wish to demonstrate their commitment to implementing measures designed to promote a healthy work-life balance, equal opportunities and, more generally, organisational wellbeing.

The Family Audit standard logo is owned by the Autonomous Province of Trento, which acts as the certifying body.

The consolidation process commits the organisation for three years to consolidating and renewing the activities and strategies introduced through previous processes.

Further information is available via this link.

Who it's for

The consolidation process may be initiated by public and private organisations that have already obtained the Family Audit Executive certificate and completed the maintenance or consolidation process.

The consolidation process may only be initiated by organisations with their registered office in Trentino or with their registered office in regions of Italy that have in place cooperation agreements pursuant to Article 11(2-ter) of Provincial Law 1/2011 (currently the Puglia Region, the Autonomous Region of Sardinia, the Autonomous Region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, the Veneto Region, the Piedmont Region and the Umbria Region).

The application to initiate the Family Audit consolidation process may be submitted by the organisation’s legal representative or their delegate/authorised representative.

What to do

To begin the consolidation process, you must submit the application online, logging in using one of the accepted methods (CPS, CNS, SPID, CIE)

Before submitting the application, the organisation must have appointed an internal contact person for the Family Audit certification

Once the application has been submitted, the Autonomous Province of Trento will issue a PagoPA payment notice, enabling the organisation to pay its share of the certification costs

For assistance with submitting the application, please refer to the instructions at the following link.

Timeframes and deadlines

The application to initiate the consolidation process must be submitted within 90 days of the date on which the Family Audit Executive certificate is confirmed.
