The Family Audit certification is a management tool available to small, medium and large public and private organisations (as provided for by Provincial Council Resolution No. 304 of 28 February 2025), which wish to certify their commitment to adopting measures aimed at promoting work-life balance, equal opportunities and, more generally, organisational wellbeing.

Public organisations with their registered office in Trentino or with their registered office in regions within Italy that have in place cooperation agreements pursuant to Article 11(2-ter) of Provincial Law 1/2011 (currently the Puglia Region, the Autonomous Region of Sardinia, the Autonomous Region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, the Veneto Region, the Piedmont Region and the Umbria Region)

What to do

To begin the Family Audit certification process, please send your application to the following PEC address: umse.coesionesociale@pec.provincia.tn.it

Before submitting the application, the organisation must have appointed an internal contact person for the Family Audit certification.

Once the application has been submitted, the Autonomous Province of Trento will issue a PagoPA payment notice, which enables the organisation to pay its share of the certification costs.

Timeframes and deadlines

You can submit the application to initiate the certification process at any time.

Once the application has been submitted, following notification from the UMSE (Development and Support for Social Cohesion Policies), the organisation may search for and pay, via the website mypay.provincia.tn.it (Payment Portal of the Autonomous Province of Trento) for the pagoPA payment notice relating to the contribution towards the certification costs.

Following payment, the organisation will receive a notification of the application’s acceptance at its certified email address (PEC), and it will be possible to view the status of the application in order to proceed with the requirements set out in the certification process.
