How to submit an application to initiate the Family Audit certification renewal process

Description

The Family Audit certification is a management tool available to public organisations (small, medium and large) that wish to demonstrate their commitment to implementing measures designed to promote a healthy work-life balance, equal opportunities and, more generally, organisational wellbeing.

The Family Audit standard logo is owned by the Autonomous Province of Trento, which acts as the certifying body.

The maintenance process requires the organisation to guarantee, for a period of three years, the level of work-life balance achieved through the previous process.

Further information is available via this link.

Who it's for

The maintenance process may be initiated upon completion of the certification process or the consolidation process by public and private organisations with their registered office in Trentino or with their registered office in regions within Italy that have in place cooperation agreements pursuant to Article 11(2-ter) of Provincial Law 1/2011 (currently the Puglia Region, the Autonomous Region of Sardinia, the Autonomous Region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, the Veneto Region, the Piedmont Region and the Umbria Region).

The application to initiate the Family Audit maintenance process may be submitted by the organisation’s legal representative or their delegate/authorised representative.

What to do

To initiate the renewal process, you must submit your application via the Autonomous Province of Trento’s online services portal, logging in using one of the accepted methods (CPS, CNS, SPID, CIE).

Before submitting the application, the organisation must have appointed an internal audit contact person

Once the application has been submitted, the Autonomous Province of Trento will issue a PagoPA payment notice, which allows the organisation to pay its share of the certification costs

For assistance with submitting the application, please refer to the instructions at the following link.
