Implementation and reporting PNRR facades - Palù del Fersina

If your project is among those financed by the public notice for the redevelopment of façades or entire private buildings for residents, intervention 27 of the borgo project - Palù del Fersina - the strength of the minority: rebirth of a Germanic village south of the Alps within the framework of the PNRR Mission 1 - Component 3 - Investment 2.1 - Line of action A, you can

• possibly request the payment of progress payments (SAL) up to a maximum of 70% of the grant awarded
• submit requests for project changes where necessary
• request the settlement of the financing by submitting the works report and then request the payment of the grant or the balance, if any

The entire implementation phase is governed by the vademecum approved by Resolution of the Provincial Council no. 1314 of 5 September 2025.

Beneficiaries to whom the grant was awarded under the PNRR public notice for the renovation of facades or entire private buildings for residents for the municipality of Palù del Fersina

The request, digitally signed by the proposer, must be sent exclusively to serv.urbanistica@pec.provincia.tn.it using the approved forms.

The documentation submitted may be supplemented, if necessary, at the request of the office in charge, depending on the case and the technical-administrative investigation.
