Grants for the organisation of sports events (clearance)

This is the application submitted by sports associations or clubs, promotion committees, and associations or clubs promoting sports events or shows that have obtained a contribution for the occasional organisation of sports events of provincial, regional, inter-regional, national or international interest held within the province.

The contribution is granted to the extent of 30% of the eligible expenditure for the part up to €50,000, and 20% of the eligible expenditure for the part exceeding €50,000, and in any case within the limit of the deficit and the contribution granted.

The contribution is provided for in Article 15(1)(a) of Provincial Law No. 4 "Provincial Law on Sport 2016" of 21 April 2016.

The applicant must have previously submitted an application for a contribution and the contribution must have been granted to him by order of the manager of the Tourism and Sport Service.

Amateur sports associations and clubs or promoting committees or associations or clubs promoting sports events to which the requested contribution has been granted by order of the Head of the Tourism and Sport Service.

The application must be signed by the legal representative of the sports organisation.

1. Application completed in full, dated and signed.
2. Statement of expenditure incurred and income earned, dated and signed.
3. List of expenditure documents on prepared form, either in PDF or spreadsheet format, dated and signed.
4. Number of starters or participants.
5. Information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation No. 679 of 2016, dated and signed.
6. Photocopy of an identity document of the applicant, if the application is signed with a handwritten signature on a scanned document and not in the presence of the employee in charge.

The application for payment must be submitted upon completion of the activity and in any case - unless otherwise indicated in the grant award decision - no later than 31 December of the year following the year in which the grant application was submitted (or of the same year in the case of an application relating to non-programmable events).
