Description
This is the application submitted by sports associations or clubs that have obtained the grant to carry out one of the following initiatives
(a) studies, research, experiments and surveys in sporting matters;
b) organisation of conferences and training courses for managers, technicians and sports medical personnel.
The contribution is granted to the extent of 25% of the eligible expenditure and in any case within the limits of the deficit and the contribution granted.
The contribution is provided for in Article 15(1)(c) and (d) of Provincial Law No. 4 of 21 April 2016 "Provincial Law on Sport 2016".
Restrictions
The application for payment must be submitted upon completion of the activity and in any case - unless otherwise indicated - no later than 31 December of the year following the year in which the grant application was submitted.
The applicant must have previously applied for the contribution and the contribution must have been granted to him/her by a provision of the manager of the Tourism and Sport Service.
CUP
Invoices relating to the acquisition of goods and services that are the subject of public incentives for productive activities, disbursed for any reason and in any form by a Public Administration, also through other public or private entities, or in any way traceable to them, must contain the unique project code (CUP), indicated in the deed of grant or communicated at the time the incentive is awarded or at the time of the request for the same. This obligation is introduced in Article 5, paragraph 6 of Decree-Law No. 13 of 24 February 2023 - converted by Law No. 41 of 21 April 2023 and amended by Law No. 213 of 30 December 2023. The operational indications concerning the application of the CUP are set out in Annex A to Provincial Council Resolution No. 728 of 23 May 2024.
