Grants for studies, research, conferences, sports training (liquidation)

This is the application submitted by sports associations or clubs that have obtained the grant to carry out one of the following initiatives
(a) studies, research, experiments and surveys in sporting matters;
b) organisation of conferences and training courses for managers, technicians and sports medical personnel.

The contribution is granted to the extent of 25% of the eligible expenditure and in any case within the limits of the deficit and the contribution granted.

The contribution is provided for in Article 15(1)(c) and (d) of Provincial Law No. 4 of 21 April 2016 "Provincial Law on Sport 2016".

The applicant must have previously submitted an application for a contribution and the contribution must have been granted to him/her by order of the Director of the Tourism and Sport Service.

CUP
Invoices relating to the acquisition of goods and services that are the subject of public incentives for productive activities, disbursed for any reason and in any form by a Public Administration, including through other public or private entities, or in any way traceable to them, must contain the unique project code (CUP), indicated in the deed of grant or communicated at the time of the assignment of the incentive itself or at the time of the request for the same. This obligation is introduced in Article 5, paragraph 6 of Decree-Law No. 13 of 24 February 2023 - converted by Law No. 41 of 21 April 2023 and amended by Law No. 213 of 30 December 2023. The operational indications concerning the application of the CUP are set out in Annex A to Provincial Council Resolution No. 728 of 23 May 2024.

Sports associations and clubs to which the requested contribution has been granted by order of the manager of the Tourism and Sporting Activities Service.

The application must be signed by the legal representative of the sports organisation.

The application must be submitted on the fillable form prepared by the administration and sent in static PDF or JPG format to the certified mailbox serv.turismo@pec.provincia.tn.it.

1. Completed, dated and signed application for settlement.
2. Final report of the initiatives implemented, dated and signed.
3. Statement of expenditure incurred and income received, dated and signed.
4. List of expenditure documents on a prepared form, either in PDF or spreadsheet format, dated and signed.
5. In the case of the organisation of conferences or training courses, copy of the programme and indication of the number and type of trainers, speakers and participants.
6. In the case of carrying out studies, research, experiments or surveys on sport, a copy of the study, research, experiment or survey carried out.
7. Information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation No 679 of 2016, dated and signed.
8. Photocopy of an identity document of the applicant, if the application is signed with a handwritten signature on a scanned document and not in the presence of the employee in charge.

The application for payment must be submitted upon completion of the activity and in any case - unless otherwise indicated in the grant award decision - no later than 31 December of the year following the year in which the application was submitted.
