Description
It is a contribution to carry out one of the following initiatives
(a) studies, research, experiments and investigations in sporting matters;
b) organisation of conferences and training courses for managers, technicians and sports medical personnel.
The following expenses are eligible and refer to documents issued after the date of submission of the grant application
(a) promotion of the initiative
(b) purchase of materials and services to support the initiative;
(c) preparation and use of the space dedicated to the activity;
d) remuneration and reimbursement of expenses to speakers, lecturers and researchers.
Initiatives involving an expenditure of no less than EUR 5,000 and no more than EUR 8,000 are eligible for funding.
The contribution is granted to the extent of 25% of the eligible expenditure and in any case within the limits of the available deficit and resources.
The contribution is provided for by Article 15, paragraph 1, letters c) and d) of Provincial Law no. 4 of 21 April 2016 "Provincial Law on Sport 2016".
Restrictions
Initiatives involving expenditure of no less than €5,000 and no more than €8,000 are eligible for funding.
Each applicant may submit only one application per year, respectively related to: a) studies, research, experiments and investigations in the field of sport; b) organisation of conferences and training courses for managers, technicians and sports medical personnel.
On the basis of the available resources yearly established by the Provincial Council, all accepted applications are financed. Should the available resources be insufficient to fully fund the admitted applications, a proportional redetermination of the contribution shall be carried out among all of them.

| Invoices relating to the acquisition of goods and services that are the subject of public incentives for productive activities, disbursed for any reason and in any form by a Public Administration, including through other public or private entities, or in any way traceable to them, must contain the unique project code (CUP), indicated in the deed of grant or communicated at the time the incentive is awarded or at the time of the request for the same. This obligation is introduced in Article 5, paragraph 6 of Decree-Law No. 13 of 24 February 2023 - converted by Law No. 41 of 21 April 2023 and amended by Law No. 213 of 30 December 2023. If the CUP has not been reported in the electronic invoice or has been reported incorrectly by the assignor/provider and the latter has not reissued it correctly (= credit note cancelling the invoice and issuing a new invoice), the assignee/purchaser may integrate the CUP in the invoice by using the web service available on the Invoices and Payments portal, area "Electronic invoices and other VAT data", box "Communications", link "CUP integration" of the Revenue Agency.
