Grants for setting up a section or association for athletes with disabilities (application)

This grant is intended to support sports associations or clubs in setting up a section for people with disabilities, as well as the establishment of a new sports association or club dedicated to people with disabilities.

The following types of expenditure are eligible, provided that the supporting documents were issued after the date on which the grant application was submitted:
a) consultancy fees;
b) membership and registration fees.

The grant is awarded at a rate of 90 per cent of eligible expenditure and, in any event, subject to the deficit, available resources and a maximum amount of 2,000 euros in the case of a new section and 3,000 euros in the case of a new association.

The grant for the establishment by sports associations or clubs of a section dedicated to people with disabilities is provided for in Article 26(4) of Provincial Law No. 4 of 21 April 2016, ‘Provincial Law on Sport 2016’.

The grant for the establishment of a new association for people with disabilities is provided for in Article 15(1)(i) of Provincial Law No. 4 of 21 April 2016, the “Provincial Law on Sport 2016”.

To set up a branch of an association or a new sports association or club, each applicant may submit only one one-off application.

Subject to the resources available, as determined annually by the Provincial Executive, all eligible applications will be funded. Should the available resources be insufficient to fully fund all eligible applications, the grant amount for each will be proportionally adjusted.

Amateur sports associations and clubswhich:
a) are entered in the National Register of Amateur Sporting Activities (RAS);
b) are duly affiliated to national sports federations (FSN) or associated sports disciplines (DSA) or sports promotion bodies (EPS) or meritorious associations (AB) or military sports groups and state corps (GSM) recognised by CONI or CIP;
c) regularly carry out activities throughout the sporting year within the disciplines governed by the FSNs or DSAs, recognised by CONI or CIP;
d) have their registered office within the province;
e) have their own registered members;
f) carry out specific activities within the province aimed at promoting the sport in youth sectors, as defined and regulated by the relevant FSNs or DSAs recognised by CONI or CIP.

Amateur sports associations and clubs that work exclusively with athletes with disabilitiesand which:
a) are entered in the National Register of Amateur Sporting Activities (RAS);
b) are duly affiliated to national sports federations (FSN) or associated sports disciplines (DSA) or sports promotion bodies (EPS) or meritorious associations (AB) or military sports groups and state corps (GSM) recognised by CONI or CIP;
c) regularly carry out activities throughout the sporting year within the disciplines governed by the FSNs or DSAs, recognised by CONI or CIP;
d) have their registered office within the province;
e) have their own registered members;
f) do not carry out any specific activities within the province aimed at promoting the sport in youth sectors.

The application must be signed by the legal representative of the sports organisation.

The grant application must be submitted using the editable form provided by the local authority and sent as a static PDF or JPG file to the certified email addressserv.sport@pec.provincia.tn.it.

OPENING OF A NEW SECTION
1. Application form, completed in full, dated and signed.
2. An explanatory report detailing the planned activities.
3. Estimate of the costs to be incurred for the opening.
4. A copy of the articles of association showing that the focus is on sport for people with disabilities, or a declaration regarding the opening of a new section dedicated to sport for people with disabilities.
5. Privacy notice pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation No 679 of 2016, dated and signed.
6. A photocopy of the applicant’s identity document, if the application is signed by hand and not in the presence of the designated staff member.

ESTABLISHMENT OF A NEW SPORTS ASSOCIATION OR CLUB
1. Application form, completed in full, dated and signed.
2. An explanatory report detailing the planned activities.
3. Estimate of the costs to be incurred for the establishment.
4. A copy of the articles of association showing that sporting activities for people with disabilities are the primary focus.
5. Privacy notice pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation No 679 of 2016, dated and signed.
6. A photocopy of the applicant’s identity document, if the application is signed by hand and not in the presence of the designated staff member.

Applications for funding must be submittedbetween 1 and 30 November each year.
