• 18 November of the year of approval of the plan, for the preparation of the multi-annual plan;
• 30 April of each subsequent year of the plan's validity, for updates.

Applications must be forwarded to the Autonomous Province of Trento - Provincial Fire Prevention Fund in one of the ways set out below and must be accompanied by the signature of the competent District Inspector, as a favourable opinion as to the appropriateness of the applications, taking into account the overall needs and the overall situation of the District's endowments, and by the Mayor, as a favourable opinion as to how the expenditure will be financed by the Municipality

• by hand delivery to the Provincial Fire Fighting Fund through the competent District Inspectors;
• by ordinary mail;
• electronically, from the certified mailbox of the Voluntary Fire Brigade Corps or the District Union (PEC) to the certified mailbox of the Provincial Fire Prevention Fund: cassa.antincendi@pec.provincia.tn.it

To submit an application

• fill in the appropriate form in all its parts
• cost estimates for "non-standard" equipment
• technical verification report (for non-standard equipment)

For the grant application

• declaration in lieu of affidavit
• purchase invoice
• copy of identity document
