Grants for extra-provincial amateur sports activities (liquidation)

This is the application submitted by sports associations or clubs that have obtained a contribution for participation in amateur sporting events organised and/or governed by sports federations, sports promotion bodies, associated sports disciplines or well-deserving associations, carried out at inter-regional, national and international level.

The contribution is granted to the extent of 30% of the eligible expenditure and in any case within the limit of the deficit and the contribution granted.

The contribution is provided for in Article 15(1)(h) of Provincial Law No. 4 of 21 April 2016 "Provincial Law on Sport 2016".

The request for payment must be submitted upon completion of the activity and in any case - unless otherwise indicated in the grant award decision - by 31 December of the year following the year in which the grant application was submitted.

The applicant must have previously applied for the contribution and the contribution must have been granted to him/her by order of the Director of the Tourism and Sport Service.

Sports associations and clubs to which the requested contribution has been granted by order of the manager of the Tourism and Sport Service.

The application must be signed by the legal representative of the sports organisation.

The application for the grant must be submitted on the fillable form prepared by the administration and sent in static PDF or JPG format to the certified mailbox serv.turismo@pec.provincia.tn.it, or delivered by hand to the Sports Activities Office.

1. Application completed in full, dated and signed.
2. Statement of expenditure and income incurred, dated and signed.
3. List of expenditure documents on prepared form, either in PDF or spreadsheet format, dated and signed.
4. List of competitions and/or events outside the province in which the sports club has taken part, indicating the date, place and name of the association that organised the event.
5. Information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation No 679 of 2016, dated and signed.
6. Photocopy of an identity document of the applicant, if the application is signed with a handwritten signature on a scanned document and not in the presence of the employee in charge.

The application for settlement must be submitted within the time limit set out in the grant award decision.
