Grants for extra-provincial amateur sports activities (liquidation)

This is the application submitted by sports associations or clubs that have obtained a contribution to support the costs incurred for sports activities carried out outside the province and relating to participation in amateur sports events organised and/or governed by sports federations, sports promotion bodies, associated sports disciplines or meritorious associations.

The contribution is provided for by Article 15, paragraph 1, letter h) of the provincial law of 21 April 2016, no. 4 "Provincial Law on Sport 2016".

The contribution is granted to the extent of 30% (or 50% to favour gender equality) of the eligible expenditure and in any case within the limit of the deficit and the contribution granted.

The applicant must have previously submitted an application for a contribution and the contribution must have been granted to him by order of the manager of the Tourism and Sport Service.

Sports associations and clubs to which the requested contribution has been granted by order of the manager of the Tourism and Sport Service.

The application must be submitted by the legal representative of the sports organisation.

The grant application must be submitted digitally, using the 'Stanza del cittadino' platform, which can be accessed by clicking the 'Access the service' button below.

1. Application completed in full.
2. Statement of expenditure and income incurred.
3. List of expenditure documents on prepared form.
4. List of out-of-province competitions and/or events in which the club has taken part, indicating the date, place and name of the association that organised the event.

The application for payment must be submitted upon completion of the activity and in any event - unless otherwise indicated in the grant award decision - no later than 31 December of the year following the year in which the application was submitted.
