This is a contribution to support the costs incurred for sporting activities carried out outside the province and relating to participation in championships or similar initiatives organised and/or governed by the sports federations, sports promotion bodies, associated sports disciplines or benevolent associations, with planned expenditure of €8,000 or more.

The following expenses relating to the activity carried out outside the Province and referring to the sporting season in which the activity subject to the grant takes place and which ends in the year following the year in which the application is submitted, are eligible
a) transport, for the purposes of mileage reimbursement, the tables used by the Province in force in the month in which the travel takes place shall apply;
b) board and lodging for athletes, accompanying persons and technicians
c) registration for competitions
d) training and pre-season retreats;
e) medical equipment;
f) reimbursements and compensation to the following sports workers: coaches, instructors, athletic trainers;
g) reimbursements and compensation to professional sports coaches;
(h) reimbursements to sports volunteers.

The contribution is granted to the extent of 30% of the eligible expenditure and in any case within the limit of the deficit, the available resources and the maximum amount of €25,000.

Without prejudice to the maximum limit, the contribution may be increased to the extent of 50% of the eligible expenditure in order to favour gender equality in the disciplines where the practice of sport by the less represented gender is less than 35% of the total number of athletes registered at provincial level with the respective sports federation, referred to the last concluded sports season. The surcharge is only applied to eligible expenses related to the less represented gender.

The contribution is provided for in Article 15, paragraph 1, letter h) of the provincial law 21 April 2016, no. 4 "Provincial Law on Sport 2016".

f) they have a specific activity on the provincial territory aimed at promoting sporting discipline in the youth sectors as defined and regulated by the relevant FSN or DSA recognised by CONI or CIP.

Amateur sports associations and clubs that work exclusively with athletes with disabilities and that
(a) are registered in the national register of amateur sports activities (RAS)
b) are regularly affiliated to national sporting federations (FSN) or associated sporting disciplines (DSA) or sports promotion bodies (EPS) or meritorious associations (AB) or military sports groups and State bodies (GSM) recognised by CONI or CIP
c) they regularly carry out activities during the sporting year in the disciplines regulated by the FSN or DSA recognised by CONI or the CIP
d) have their registered office in the provincial territory;
e) they have their own members
f) they do not have a specific activity on the provincial territory aimed at promoting the sport in the youth sectors.
