Grants for citizenship sport for all (liquidation)

This is the application submitted by the sports organisations that have been awarded the grant to support year-long projects aimed at improving access conditions, encouraging the participation of the entire citizenry and increasing the number of people - including those with physical, intellectual and sensory disabilities - who participate in motor, sporting and gaming activities.

CONTRIBUTION APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED UNTIL 30/09/2024 (Del. 1605/2022)
The contribution is granted to the extent of 80% of the eligible expenditure and in any case within the limit of the deficit and the contribution granted.

CONTRIBUTION APPLICATIONS MADE AFTER 01/01/2025 (Resolution 1897/2024)
The contribution is granted to the extent of 80% of the admitted expenditure and in any case within the limit of the deficit and the contribution granted. It may be raised to the extent of 90% of the eligible expenditure for projects specifically aimed at people with disabilities or fragility and/or gender equality and/or social cohesion and/or the learning and implementation of Olympic and Paralympic values.

The contribution is provided for in Article 21, paragraph 1, letter a) of Provincial Law no. 4 "Provincial Law on Sport 2016" of 21 April 2016.

The request for payment must be submitted upon completion of the activity and in any case - unless otherwise indicated in the grant award decision - by 31 December of the year following the year in which the grant application was submitted.

The applicant must have previously applied for the contribution and the contribution must have been granted to him/her by order of the Director of the Tourism and Sport Service.

CUP
Invoices relating to the acquisition of goods and services that are the subject of public incentives for productive activities, disbursed for any reason and in any form by a Public Administration, including through other public or private entities, or in any way traceable to them, must contain the unique project code (CUP), indicated in the deed of grant or communicated at the time the incentive is awarded or at the time of the request for the same. This obligation is introduced in Article 5, paragraph 6 of Decree-Law No. 13 of 24 February 2023 - converted by Law No. 41 of 21 April 2023 and amended by Law No. 213 of 30 December 2023.
The operational indications concerning the application of the CUP are set out in Annex A to Provincial Council Resolution No. 728 of 23 May 2024.

Committees, delegations or provincial sections of the national sports federations, sports promotion bodies and associated sports disciplines, recognised by CONI or CIP and operating at provincial level in the amateur activity sector - or associations or sports clubs affiliated to them and delegated as project leaders - to which the requested grant has been awarded by order of the Head of the Tourism and Sport Department.

The application must be signed by the legal representative of the sports organisation.

The application must be submitted on the fillable form prepared by the administration and sent in static PDF or JPG format to the certified mailbox serv.turismo@pec.provincia.tn.it, or delivered by hand to the Sports Activities Office.

CONTRIBUTION APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED UNTIL 30/09/2024 (Del. 1605/2022)

6. Photographic documentation of the activity being supported.
7. Information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation No. 679 of 2016, dated and signed.
8. Photocopy of an identity document of the applicant, if the application is signed with a handwritten signature on a scanned document and not in the presence of the employee in charge.

CONTRIBUTION APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED AFTER 01/01/2025 (Del. 1897/2024)
1. Application for balance completed in full, dated and signed.
2. Final report of the project carried out, dated and signed.
3. Photographic documentation.
4. Final financial plan, dated and signed.
5. List of expenditure documents on prepared form, either in PDF or spreadsheet format.
6. Information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation No. 679 of 2016, dated and signed.
7. Photocopy of an identity document of the applicant, if the application is signed with a handwritten signature and not in the presence of the employee in charge.
