Description
Authorisation valid for the types of activities established by the Provincial Council with Resolution no. 1960 of 19 November 2021, such as: car bodywork, welding, carpentry, etc..
These are authorisations of a general nature that the competent authority may adopt pursuant to Article 272 of Legislative Decree 152/2006, referring to establishments or categories of plants and activities, in which the emission limit values, prescriptions (also inherent to the conditions of construction or operation), the fuels used, the compliance times, the sampling and analysis methods and the frequency of inspections are established a priori.
Establishments in which there are also plants and activities for which general authorisations are not envisaged are subject to ordinary authorisations pursuant to Article 269 of Legislative Decree 152/2006. In addition, if the user needs another environmental authorisation (e.g. for waste management or water discharges) in addition to the communication of adherence to the general authorisation for atmospheric emissions, the interested party must submit an application for a Single Territorial Authorisation (AUT). To find out more, consult the specific service sheet: 'Apply for the Single Territorial Authorisation (AUT)'.
The user whose activity complies with the requirements set forth by this authorisation reported in the paragraph "Scope", and who intends to make use of it, must send the declaration of adherence to the general authorisation for atmospheric emissions following the instructions below.
The authorisation is valid for 15 years from the transmission of the declaration of adhesion.
