The following limits on eligible expenditure apply:

- theminimum eligible expenditure is 20,000.00 euros;

The following must be attached to the application: a statement of expenditure incurred, an explanatory report describing the activities carried out, a declaration that no other subsidy has been received, and a report from the internal audit body (or an auditor) certifying the accuracy of the documentation supporting the reported expenditure. If at least 25 per cent of the eligible expenditure has been incurred, the beneficiary may request an advance payment equal to 50 per cent of the grant. In this case, in addition to the application form, a statement of expenditure incurred must be submitted.

If beneficiaries do not have an internal audit body or an auditing firm, or do not have a person authorised to issue a statutory declaration, payment of the grant is requested by submitting appropriate expenditure documentation (invoices) with payment receipts.
