Industry

The Province of Trento supports the industrial sector bydrawing up intervention plans relating to industrial policies, including those concerning areas, buildings and infrastructures for economic activities, coordinating with the provincial structures and/or public companies in charge of implementing interventions and coordinating economic development and entrepreneurship support actions.

In particular, the management of applications for contributions for new investments is handled by the Provincial Agency for the encouragement of economic activities(APIAE), the infrastructural interventions of the areas for production facilities are carried out by the Environmental Works Service of the province, while the sale of production areas, the management of real estate, including the technological incubators (BIC), is carried out by Trentino Sviluppo.

The Industry, Research and Mining Service carries out the coordination activity and manages the administrative part of the contracts for the sale of areas carried out by the province.
