Fuel: suspension of roadside installation activity for up to 30 days

In the event of unforeseeable situations preventing the regular operation of a roadside petrol station, suspension of the fuel dispensing activity is permitted.

If the reasons justifying the interruption of the dispensing activity last up to thirty days, the circumstance must be communicated to the Province by means of the "Communication of suspension of activity for up to 30 days" through the portal https://www.impresainungiorno.gov.it/.

If the interruption of activity lasts for more than 30 consecutive days or 60 days in total within a calendar year, any other suspension must be authorised in advance. See 'Fuel: authorisation for suspension of activity for more than 30 days' in the Further Information section below.

A fine of between EUR 50 and EUR 300 shall be imposed on anyone who suspends the fuel distribution activity without the required notification.

There are no deadlines or deadlines

In the case of a notice of suspension, it is effective immediately, without the need for any action on the part of the public administration. The competent office shall forward this communication to the municipality concerned.
