Fuel: periodic technical certification of roadside installation

For roadside petrol stations, periodic inspections must be carried out within 18 years of the last inspection or the date of the last inspection. The verification is carried out by means of a certificate on the state of the installation being sent by a qualified technician.

The certification must be drawn up by a qualified technician and forwarded by him to the Province in the manner described above. The certification is verified by the competent office and included in the fuel distribution facility's file. The competent office shall inform the user if further fulfilment is required.
