Fresh bread: Concession of use of the trade mark

The province has established a brand in order to promote the recognisability of fresh bread marketed in the province.

The beneficiary of the licence must comply with the provisions set out in the regulations on the use of the Pane Fresco trademark

The following are eligible to apply for use of the fresh bread trade mark

1. Enterprises that produce Fresh Bread and provide for retail marketing directly;
2. Undertakings which purchase Fresh Bread from third parties and market it at retail;
3. Bodies and associations other than those referred to in the preceding points may apply for the use of the mark for the purpose of carrying out promotional and information activities only.

The interested party sends the application or communication, together with its annexes

1. by sending it by email to the PEC address indicated on the form
2. by delivering it directly to the competent provincial structure, or to any other peripheral office of the Province
3. by sending it by registered mail with advice of receipt;

The following documents must be enclosed with the application for the use of the mark

1. A list of the operating sites in the province of Trento where the mark will be used;
2. Information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation no. 679 of 2016;
3. Rules for use of the trademark (signed for acceptance by the owner/legal representative);
4. photocopy of an identity document of the applicant (if the application is signed with a handwritten signature and not in the presence of the employee in charge).

The following documents must be attached to the notice of variation of the trade mark licence

1. the list of the operating sites where the trade mark will be used (only if subject to change);
2. information notice pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation No. 679 of 2016;
3. photocopy of an identity document of the applicant (if the communication is signed with a handwritten signature and not in the presence of the employee in charge).

The following documents must be attached to the notice of surrender of the use of the trade mark:

1. information notice pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation No. 679 of 2016;
2. photocopy of an identity document of the applicant (if the application is signed with a handwritten signature and not in the presence of the employee in charge).

Following submission of the application, the Province, if the requirements are met, issues the licence for use and sends it by PEC to the beneficiary together with the logo.
