Free loan of fences (Stelvio National Park)

For the prevention of damage by wild ungulates to gardens and fields, the Provincial Law no. 11 of 23 May 2007 - art. 44 ter, paragraph 5 provides that private parties who have, for various reasons, the availability of gardens and plots located in the Trentino sector of the Stelvio National Park, may request, on free temporary loan, materials for the construction of fixed fences.

The borrowers undertake to build the fence in accordance with provincial guidelines.

Persons who have at their disposal (owners, usufructuaries or others) cultivated land (vegetable garden, fruit trees, etc.) in the Trentino sector of the Stelvio National Park for private use and personal use of the products.

Interested parties submit a specific application (see below under Forms) to the Stelvio National Park Management Office - Trentino.
