Facilitations for setting up and operating forms of association in agriculture

Information needed to submit an application in order to obtain benefits for the start-up and operation of associations in agriculture during the first four years of activity.

Description

Restrictions

The deadline for submitting applications is set - for the first year of start-up - at 60 days from the date of establishment of the association.

For subsequent years, applications must be submitted by 31 December of the financial year preceding the reference year.

Who it's for

This facility, for the first four years of activity, is aimed at the following subjects

- agricultural associations, however named, provided they are legally constituted to enhance, promote, support and back up the activities of their member farms, encouraging cooperation through the exchange of farm labour and machinery between the various farms, coordinating actions to support the sector in which they operate, providing organisational and administrative assistance, and enhancing the value of agricultural and processed products

- protection consortia, including those of an interprovincial nature, which institutionally perform the tasks of protecting the origin and quality marks of Trentino agricultural products and providing economic-administrative assistance to their members. In the case of consortia of an interprovincial nature the contribution is calculated on the share borne by the provincial cooperatives;

- associations of agricultural producers recognised under the relevant legislation in force;

The application for aid must be submitted by the legal representative of the agricultural association, protection consortium or producer organisation.

To qualify for the subsidy, an application must be submitted using the relevant form below.

The application form with the documents described above must be submitted by pec to the address(serv.agricoltura@pec.provincia.tn.it) or presented by hand to the competent agricultural department.

The following documents must be attached to the application

  • a simple copy of the minutes of the deliberation of the competent body approving the budget, with attached accounting document or programme of activities for the financial year in question, with an analytical list of expenses
  • photocopy of the memorandum of association and articles of association if not already submitted.

In the event that the aforementioned documentation is in the files of other public administrations or the provincial administration, the applicant is required to notify the competent agricultural service, which will acquire it ex officio.
