Doorstep selling - communication of commissioned persons

Declarations in lieu of certification and affidavit completed by the person in charge (and by the owner if he/she carries out the activity personally) must be accompanied by a photocopy of an identification document of the signatory. If this is a non-EU citizen, a photocopy of a valid residence permit must also be produced.

The declaration must indicate all sentences; also those

- not resulting from the certificate of criminal record issued to the person concerned pursuant to Presidential Decree 313/2002;

- applied pursuant to Article 444 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (application of the penalty at the request of the parties).

It should be noted that substitute declarations are subject to control in 100% of cases.
