Description
Firms belonging to the industrial, commercial, handicraft, hotel and tourism sectors, including the self-employed underArticle 2222 of the Civil Code, are eligible for contributions.
Types of eligible interventions
Eligible expenditure includes
- the reconstruction or repair of immovable property at the disposal of the applicant that is damaged, destroyed, rendered unfit for use or unusable, as well as of the adjacencies and main access routes to that property
- the replacement or repair of damaged movables (furniture, vehicles, various equipment, etc.). Replacement or repair of real estate installations (electrical system, heating system, etc.), in the absence of further work on the real estate, is assimilated to movable property for the purposes of these criteria;
- compensation for loss of stock.
Contribution Measure
- The contribution is equal to 90% of the eligible expenditure under the"de minimis" rule for investment in real estate - movable property and compensation for loss of stock.
- Compensation for loss of income in the period 28 July 2024 - 28 September 2024 is equal to 25% of the eligible expenditure under de minimis.
- Compensation for loss of income is paid in alump sum following the enforceability of the granting measure.
Restrictions
Obligations
The recipients of the contributions and compensation, except in cases of force majeure, must undertake to continue the productive activity, even if different from the pre-existing one and even through the leasing of the holding, for at least the period of not less than three years from the date of presentation of the application.
Cumulation
Contributions and indemnities provided for by these criteria cannot be cumulated with other benefits granted by public administrations or bodies for the same assets and for the same purposes, as well as with the tax deductions provided for restructuring and energy saving measures in respect of the works admitted to the grant. If the destroyed or damaged assets have already been subsidised under other provincial laws, the replacement/reconstruction subsidised under this law is in any case allowed
