Notice regarding the compilation of the provincial list of organisations authorised to provide public training programmes under the vocational apprenticeship scheme. Criteria and procedures for organisations wishing to apply.
Please note that the deadline has been reopened for the submission of project proposals for inclusion in the provincial list of organisations authorised to provide public vocational apprenticeship training (Notice approved by Provincial Council Resolution No. 2009 of 20 October 2023, as last amended by Provincial Council Resolution No. 1559 of 17 October 25).
The Notice, approved by Provincial Executive Resolution No. 2009, as amended by Provincial Council Resolution No. 1193 of 2 August 2024and Resolution No. 1559 of 17 October 2025, is intended to identify the entities to be included in the provincial list of those authorised to provide public vocational apprenticeship training through individual vouchers for apprentices.
Pursuant to Article 44 of Legislative Decree No. 81 of 15 June 2015, a vocational apprenticeship contract is an employment contract for the attainment of a professional qualification for contractual purposes through training aimed at acquiring basic and transferable skills, as well as vocational training.
Specifically, each apprentice employed under a vocational apprenticeship contract is entitled to an annual ‘vocational apprenticeship voucher’, co-funded by the European Union – European Social Fund Plus, the Italian State and the Autonomous Province of Trento. This voucher is calculated on the basis of 40 hours of training, with a maximum value of €734.00, and is intended to fund the individual’s share of the training activities listed in the provincial catalogue of public training for vocational apprenticeships.
The value of the voucher awarded to apprentices is paid, in the name and on behalf of the apprentices themselves, to the training providers, identified through this public notice and included in the list of authorised providers.
The Notice is therefore intended to regulate:
Generally ona monthly basis, oncethe Employment Agency has verified the eligibility of the application,it approves the allocation of the individual voucher to the apprentice. To check whether vouchers have been allocated and funded, please refer to the following executive decisions:
Individual vouchers are funded under the ESF+ Programme 2021–2027 with financial resources from the European Union – European Social Fund Plus, the Italian State and the Autonomous Province of Trento. The provincial body responsible for awarding vouchers to apprentices is the Employment Agency – Service for Employment, Citizens and Businesses – Office for Vocational Training.
Interested parties may submit their project proposals from6 May 2026 until the deadline of 31 May 2026 at 12.30 pm
Applications may be submitted by public and private bodies with their registered office in the European Union, temporary joint ventures, consortia and European Economic Interest Groupings (EEIGs).
Inclusion on the list of authorised entities will only take place followingESF accreditation if the organisation does not already hold such accreditation.
Interested parties may submit their project proposals from6 May 2026 until the deadline of 31 May 2026 at 12.30.
Interested organisations must submit their application and project proposal via the online procedure for SUBMISSION AND MANAGEMENT OF TRAINING PROGRAMMES.
New organisations must first register at REGISTRATION. Once the registration process is complete, a login link will be sent to the email address provided to access the members’ area. For further information, please consult the Registration Procedure Manual.
Project proposals must be submitted via the online system and must consist of the following documents, approved by Order No. 833 of 15 November 2023 issued by the Director of the Employment Agency:
Form A - Application for inclusion in the provincial register of service providers, digitally signed by the legal representative or their authorised delegate with signing authority, in compliance with current stamp duty regulations
Form B - Project proposal
Form D - Declaration of a Temporary Business Grouping/Consortium/European Economic Interest Grouping (EEIG). This form is to be completed only when project proposals are submitted by Temporary Business Groupings, Consortia or EEIGs that have not yet been established. If already established, please submit a copy of the instrument of incorporation.
Declaration of acceptance of the general contract terms
You must download the application form and the other required documents, digitally sign the documents in a single file, upload them to the IT system and submit them to the Administration directly online via the IT system.
The online system will issue a receipt showing the date and time the application was submitted.
I soggetti interessati possono presentare la propria proposta progettuale a partire dal 6 maggio 2026 ed entro la scadenza del 31 maggio 2026 ore 12.30.
The procedure must be completed within 90 days of the day following the deadline for the submission of applications, subject to any applicable suspensions of the time limits.
