Contribution to municipalities for preventive maintenance works

The municipalities identified in Annex 2 (measure??) may submit an application for a grant to carry out extraordinary maintenance work on rockfall barriers, rockfall embankments, snow-breaks characterised by medium-high criticality and significant potential risk

• It is possible to apply only for the interventions listed in Annex 2 (measure??) that were not started before 30 August 2024
• The minimum planned expenditure for each intervention is Euro 500.00 and, for the same intervention, no other subsidies must have been requested from other public bodies

Municipalities eligible to apply (in alphabetical order): Ala, Bondone, Borgo Chiese, Caldes, Canal San Bovo, Canazei, Capriana, Carisolo, Garniga Terme, Levico Terme, Lona-Lases, Malè, Mezzana, Mezzano, Mezzocorona, Mezzolombardo, Mori, Primiero San Martino di Castrozza, Rabbi, Sagron Mis, Spiazzo, Storo, Telve, Tesero, Trento, Vermiglio

The Municipality is required to submit a single application for a grant that includes all the interventions for which it is responsible, using the approved forms published on the Province's institutional website, in one of the following ways

• Pi.Tre interoperability, for Municipalities equipped with such an application
• certified electronic mail, in compliance with the relevant technical rules, at the address serv.prevenzionerischi@pec.provincia.tn.it

Complete replacement of the work is only permissible if the restoration is technically unfeasible or more expensive than replacement. In this case, appropriate supporting documentation must be produced.

The grant application, drawn up according to the specific form, must be accompanied by

• general illustrative report including photographic documentation of the work and the damaged part of the work drawn up according to the report template attached to this application ;
• appraisal or executive project drawings with indication of the ID and relative sheet number for the work(s) subject of the grant application
• provision of approval, also in technical terms, of the appraisal or executive project and of the relevant validation act
• any opinions, authorisations and clearances
• C.U.P. associated with the work for which funding is requested

• Applications for grants must be submitted within 90 days of the adoption of measure XXXX
• The procedures for awarding the works must be started within 2 months from the granting of the contribution

The outcome of the procedure is formally communicated to the requesting municipality, together with the details of the measure and the relevant consultation link on the institutional site.

In the event of a negative outcome, the Municipality may file

• appeal to the Regional Administrative Court, within 60 days from the notification/communication of the act, pursuant to Law no. 1034/71;
• extraordinary appeal to the President of the Republic, within 120 days of the service of the act, pursuant to Presidential Decree no. 1199/71.
