Contribution to annual equal opportunities promotion projects 2025

The contribution provided for by Article 10 of Provincial Law no. 13 of 18 June 2012 (Provincial Law on Equal Opportunities) is a contribution awarded to annual projects to raise awareness and promote equal opportunities between women and men to be implemented in the province.

By Executive Determination no. 5375 dated 26 May 2025, the list of equal opportunities promotion projects 2025 considered eligible and beneficiaries of the grant was approved.

On the basis of the Criteria approved by Resolution no. 16 of the Provincial Council dated 17/01/2025, the beneficiary of the grant is required to submit the declaration of start-up of the activities to the competent provincial structure within 30 days from the date of the decision to grant the grant.

Following the submission of the declaration of start of activities, the beneficiary may request an advance equal to 50% of the amount of the grant, using the appropriate form.

The declaration of the start of activities, and any application for an advance on the grant, must be submitted in the name and on behalf of the beneficiary, by the legal representative, with a digital signature or a handwritten signature, attaching an identity document.

The declaration of the commencement of activities, and any application for an advance on the grant, must be submitted by sending it to the certified e-mail address of the competent provincial structure.

The project must be completed by 31 December 2025. No extension of project activities is envisaged.

The payment of the balance of the contribution shall be made after the submission of the request for settlement (in accordance with the provisions of the D.P.G.P. 5 June 2000, no. 9-27/Leg.) to be sent to the Structure upon completion of the project and in any case no later than 31 January 2026.
