Civic Access/Simple Civic Access

In order to ensure the widest exercise of the right of access to information concerning the organisation and activities of the provincial public administration, the institution of civic access provides that anyone may request from the Transparency Officer of the Province, documents, information or data that have not been published in accordance with the regulations in force. Citizens may exercise the right of civic access provided for in Article 5, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree No. 33 of 14 March 2013 when the Transparent Administration section of the institutional website has not published a deed, document or other information that is required to be published pursuant to the regulations in force.

A request for civic access to a document, deed or information whose publication has been omitted is open to anyone, is free of charge, does not have to be justified, and must be submitted to the Transparency Officer, who shall give his decision within thirty days of receipt.

Within the same thirty-day period, the administration shall proceed to publish the information requested and, at the same time, notify the applicant that publication has taken place, indicating the hyperlink to the information requested.

In the event of delay or lack of response from the Transparency Manager, the applicant may contact the Director General of the Province, Dr. De Col Raffaele (e-mail: direzionegenerale@provincia.tn.it-telefono: 0461 - 494602) who, as the holder of the power of substitution, will ensure that the competent structures respond.

The request can be submitted, using the appropriate form, to the Head of Corruption Prevention and Transparency RPCT by
