The application must be submitted at least 30 days before the date of the event for which
for which authorisation is sought. To assess the documentation to be enclosed, please read the instructions below.
Please note that it is also necessary to enclose the technical documentation for the opinion of the Provincial Supervisory Commission for Theatres and Other Public Entertainment Venues.

The form may be delivered by hand, sent or sent by certified mail to the following address: serv.polamm@pec.provincia.tn.it.
If it is not produced by hand, it must be accompanied by a photocopy of an identification document of the applicant. If the applicant is a non-EU citizen, a photocopy of a valid residence permit must also be produced.
The issue of the licence is subject to the payment of stamp duty. Therefore, two €16.00 revenue stamps (one for the application and one for the order) must be produced together with the form. In the case of exemption from stamp duty (e.g. O.N.L.U.S. - sports federations - sports promotion bodies and non-profit amateur sports associations and societies recognised by the C.O.N.I.), the details of the law must be indicated in the application.
- A detailed description of the following points must be attached to the application
For the expression of the opinion of the Forestry and Fauna Service and the Urban Planning and Landscape Protection Service (for the fulfilments provided for by Provincial Law 31/93) it is necessary to produce to the writer
- sufficiently detailed graphic documentation on an adequate scale
which allows the location of the event and represents the development of the route and/or identifies the planned activities (with relative encumbrance), referring to maps in use at the PAT: provincial technical map or orthophotos and cadastral map extract.
Graphics without the above-mentioned base maps may be supplied if they are suitably georeferenced on the "ETRS89/UTM zone 32N" reference system.
In the case of events on city streets, a common street map will be sufficient, also taken from websites (e.g. Google maps, Bing maps, etc.), where the route is, however, unambiguously traced.
All requested documents must have one of the following formats (and extensions): PDF/A, PDF, TIFF, TIF, JPEG, JPG, indicate the route where the off-road event is carried out.
The documents must allow the reproduction in colour and in original graphic scale.

- Authorisation from the Municipality for the transit of the competition and noise pollution
pursuant to Art. 11 of D.P.G. 26 November 1998, no. 38-110/Leg. as amended by D.P.G. 23/12/1998, no. 43-115/Leg. for the times requested.
- Clearance from the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport (where required).
- Road map of the route with attached timetable.
- Special regulations of the race
with endorsement by the competent Federation/Committee.
- For road events: insurance contract for civil liability as per art. 3 of law no. 990 of 24 December 1969, as subsequently amended and supplemented. (The insurance must also cover the liability of the organiser and other obligors for any damage caused to the roads and their equipment).
- For other events: insurance contract for the liability of the organiser and other obligated parties for damage caused to persons, animals and property, excluding damage caused to the participants themselves and to the vehicles used by them.
- Approval by the road owner.
- Road owner's approval (where necessary).

With regard to safety requirements, a distinction is made:
- Form No. 004448 (TEMP MODEL)
in the case of events with temporary set-ups that have already been the subject of positive verifications by the Provincial Commission of Supervision over theatres and other public entertainment venues (abbreviated to: C.P.V.) and that have been repeated annually under the same conditions for no more than 2 years from the date of the report
in other cases: favourable opinion of the Provincial Commission of Supervision over theatres and other public entertainment venues, by contacting geom. Luigi Cofler (0461.494820) or per.ed. Salvatore Rizzo (0461.494823).
We would like to remind you, in particular, of the obligation to comply with the requirements of Provincial Council Resolution no. 814 of 18 May 2015 regarding the organisation and health care of the scheduled event.

With effect from the day following receipt of the application.Failure by the structure to comply with the aforementioned time limit allows the interested party to apply to the Director General of the Department of Crafts, Commerce, Promotion, Sport and Tourism to urge the conclusion of the procedure
