Book an appointment at the counters of the DMV

All users who need to go to the counter.

• for the withdrawal oflicences, pink slips, CQCs, CPCs, documents or number plates only, no appointment is necessary, but you can come directly to the driving licence counter from Monday to Thursday from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m;
• for the withdrawal of suspended licences only (licence revision counter), please contact 0461492059 or 0461492076;
• for private driving licence applicants who have already submitted an application for an examination, bookings for theory examinations for category AM/A1/A2/A/B licences can be made exclusively - independently - on the following website: https://servizidigitali.provincia.tn.it/lang/it/servizi/patente-di-guida-prenotazione-esami-teoria/access in accordance with the schedule prepared by the Office. Only bookings for the above-mentioned licence categories requiring the use of audio support and/or extended time - after having submitted an application using the appropriate form below - and bookings for the other categories (C/D), which will be requested by sending an email to esamipatenti@provincia.tn.it indicating the details of the application and full personal data, are excluded.
• For category AM/A1/A2/A licences only, those who have already submitted an application can book thepractical driving test by sending an email to esamipatenti@provincia.tn.it.

Prerequisites

Payment for the service can only be made via PagoPA and it is therefore essential to have SPID enabled. This can be activated at the Punto Digitale Facile (Easy Digital Point) located at the vehicle registration office. Please note that there is no guarantee that it can be activated on the spot if there is a large turnout of people. It is advisable to make an appointment at one of the Easy Digital Points available on this page.
