Book an appointment at the counters of the DMV

All users who need to go to the counter.

• for the withdrawal of licences, pink slips, CQCs, CPCs, documents or number plates only, no appointment is necessary, but you can come directly to the driving licence counter from Monday to Thursday from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m;
• for the withdrawal of suspended licences only (licence revision desk), please contact 0461492059 or 0461492076;
• for the booking of theory examinations and/or driving tests by applicants who have submitted their application online via the Citizen 's Room, it is necessary to use the special messaging system on the Citizen's Room (access via SPID). For those who have submitted their paper application at the driver's licence counter, it is necessary to send an email to esamipatenti@provincia.tn.it, entering their name, surname, telephone number, email address, operative mark and date, and the type of examination requested (theory or driving).

NB: Notice is hereby given that the service regarding the management of transfers of ownership, cancellations and re-registrations is currently suspended, therefore the counters that can directly process such paperwork are car practice agencies (with related service costs) or alternatively the PRA for transfers of ownership(click here to book at the PRA).

Prerequisites

Payment for the service can only be made via PagoPA and it is therefore essential to have SPID enabled. This can be activated at the Punto Digitale Facile (Easy Digital Point) located at the vehicle registration office. Please note that there is no guarantee that it can be activated on the spot if there is a large turnout of people. It is advisable to make an appointment at one of the Easy Digital Points available on this page.
