Description
Authorisations for emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere are divided into:
- Ordinary procedure authorisations: authorisation for the installation of plants and activities giving rise to atmospheric emissions, both in ducted and diffuse form, and for substantial modifications to plants already authorised (Articles 8 and 8 bis of the T.U.L.P. on the protection of the environment from pollution and Article 269 of Legislative Decree 152/2006), as well as for non-substantial modifications of already authorised plants (Articles 8 and 8 ter of the T.U.L.P. on the protection of the environment from pollution and Article 281 of Legislative Decree 152/2006). The authorisation is valid for 15 years from the date of issue.
- General Authorisation(GVA): notification of adherence to the general authorisation for atmospheric emissions. The authorisation is valid for 15 years from the date of submission of the accession communication.
