Application for reimbursement of PagoPA payments in the civil vehicle sector

With regard to payments made in error, it is possible to request reimbursement in the following ways:

1. conversion of vouchers and reimbursement via a motor vehicle consulting firm / driving school that has expressed its willingness, also with regard to the specific type of payment. The request does not include a payment.

To proceed you can follow the following Handbook for Citizens.

2. at the offices of the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency only for payments made out to the "Tesoriere Provincia Autonoma di Trento M.C.T. Servizi Tesoreria - Trento" (code 400382) . The request for reimbursement requires the payment of a 16.00 euro revenue stamp.

In order to proceed with refund modality no. 1, it is necessary to consult the Citizen's Handbook and then contact the motor vehicle consultancy office / driving school of reference.

In order to proceed with reimbursement modality no. 2 at the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency, it is necessary to send to the pec motorizzazione.civile@pec.provincia.tn.it the forms shown in the section below.

The PagoPA code for stamp duty is:

• N019 - Stamp duty (AMBITO TRENTO).

Documentation for mode 2:

• completed and signed "Application for Reimbursement" form
• original of the certificate and receipt of payment made;
• PagoPA payment receipt of € 16.00 to be made by means of the PagoPA system by accessing the website(click here for the link) and selecting the Trento tariff and then tariff N019 "Domanda in bollo" or € 16.00 revenue stamp affixed to the application;
• copy of identity document.

Stamp duty is not due ONLY in cases where the failure to provide the service is the fault of the Administration (e.g. equipment breakage preventing the service from being provided). In this case it is necessary to contact the Motor Vehicle Offices via 0461492002.
