Information, instructions, regulations and forms to participate in the public call for tenders for the selection of the coordinator of the diffused hospitality network in the municipality of Palù del Fersina - Palai en Bersntol
The Call for Proposals consists of an anonymous open procedure aimed at selecting the Coordinating Authority for the network of diffused hospitality in the Municipality of Palù del Fersina - Palai en Bersntol.

The persons who may participate in the selection, the requirements for participation and those for exclusion are indicated in the Call for Selection in Article 6.
The required documents and delivery methods are indicated in the Call for Selection in Article 7.
CLARIFICATIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS
Clarifications on this procedure may be obtained by submitting written questions from the day after the date of publication of this document until 12 noon on 15 April 2026. Requests for clarification sent after this date will not be considered.
All requests for information must be sent only and exclusively in writing to the pec address serv.turismo@pec.provincia.tn.it.
Responses will be published on the Autonomous Province of Trento's web page dedicated to the call for applications within five working days of receipt. These responses, together with the questions asked, will form an integral part of the tender documentation.
The required documents and delivery methods are indicated in the Call for Selection in Article 7.
The delivery of the envelopes containing the proposals, to be carried out by hand in accordance with the procedures indicated in the Call for Selection in Article 7, shall take place
by 12 noon on 30 April 2026
