From 1 to 31 January 2025, only those persons who did not apply for such aid during the year 2024 will be able to apply for incentives under the automatic procedure L.p. 6/1999.From 1 February 2025 the new incentive measure "Crescita Trentino" (approved by Del. G.P. no. 2013 of 6 December 2024) for which the timing for submitting applications will be announced at a later date. The service sheet dedicated to the new facilitation measure will be published shortly.

Aid is granted, under the de minimis regime, by means of the submission of a single annual aid application, for operations carried out in various areas and within certain expenditure thresholds.

The areas of aid are as follows

  • fixed investments, also carried out as part of new initiatives (Section 1 of the criteria);
  • fixed investments for energy transition (Section 2 of the criteria);
  • company vehicles and charging stations (Section 3 of the criteria);
  • internationalisation (Section 4 of the criteria);
  • advisory services, including for generational transition (Section 5 of the criteria);
  • promotion of research and development (Section 6 of the criteria).

Each facilitation area provides for a minimum and a maximum expenditure threshold and a related contribution measure, as reported in the aid table(click here to view it).
Themaximum amount of expenditure per individual aid application, which may include several facilitation areas, is EUR 300,000.
Operations must be carried out within the 18 months preceding the submission of aid applications. Interventions relating to the area'fixed investments for energy transition' are eligible for aid only if they are carried out from 1 January 2023.

Attenzione!

Only for applications for aid under the automatic procedure that can be submitted in 2023, expenditure incurred after the 18 months preceding the submission of the application, but no earlier than 1 July 2021, may be subsidised, with the exception of expenditure relating to initiatives under section 2 "fixed investments for energy transition", which are eligible for aid only if incurred after 2023.

Restrictions

In return for the aid received, thecompany is required to comply with a number of obligations. There are also specific obligations for individual areas of facilitation.

Who it's for

Small and medium-sizedenterprises, and for the areas 'fixed investments for energy transition' and 'promotion of research and development' also large enterprises, which meet specific requirements set out in the individual areas of the criteria.

  • Owner/legal representative of the company
  • Delegate

What you need

Documents to be submitted

The application for aid must be accompanied by the documentation required by the criteria and in particular

  • certificate of verification by a professional registered with the Professional Association of Chartered Accountants and Bookkeeping Experts, with the Order of Legal Auditors, with the Order of Labour Consultants, or with a C.A.T. - H.U.B. - service companies controlled by a trade association
  • declaration by a qualifiedtechnician enrolled in the professional register, exclusively for interventions carried out within the framework of fixed investments for energy transition
  • sworn expert's report, signed by a professional registered in the professional register, competent in the subject matter and external to the company structure, exclusively for interventions carried out in the context of promoting research and development;
  • a declaration by a cooperative or consortium, the statutory purpose of which is to offer services for the marketing abroad of the products of its member companies, exclusively for operations carried out in the field of internationalisation (initiatives relating to participation in trade fairs, including joint ones, and joint company missions).
Attenzione!

Theverification certificate is managed through an IT platform. The attestation digitally signed by the certifier must be uploaded onto the platform if the certifier is not the same as the person completing the application.
The declarations and the expert's report are not managed by the platform (see Forms) and must therefore be uploaded to the platform.

Attenzione! CUP per le domande con fatture emesse dal 1° giugno 2023

For applications submitted from 24 May 2024, it is mandatory to submit a verification statement regarding the traceability of expenses for invoices issued from 1 June 2023, in accordance with the operating instructions provided by the Provincial Council Resolution No. 728 of 23 May 2024.

 

More specifically

  • for applications submitted from 24 May 2024 and up to and including 28 May 2024, the verification certificate relating to the traceability of expenses must be submitted to the Province by PEC, on the same date on which the application is submitted, to the following address apiae@pec.provincia.tn.it;
  • for applications submitted from 29 May 2024 onwards, the certificate of verification relating to the traceability of expenditure must be submitted to the Province using the computer platform provided for the measure when the application is submitted(attached to the application).
 

For applications submitted from 22 April 2023 until 23 May 2024, the certificate of verification relating to the traceability of the expenses for invoices issued from 1 June 2023 must be submitted to the Province, upon request, only in the case of checks during the preliminary investigation and/or subsequent checks/supervisory inspections.

 

Specific consequences are envisaged in the event of non-compliance with the operational instructions provided for by the Provincial Council Resolution No. 728 of 23 May 2024.
