Annual Growth Aid Trentino - L.p. 6/2023

Aid granted, on a de minimis basis through the submission of a single annual application, under Provincial Law no. 6/2023 "Interventi a sostegno del sistema economico trentino" ("Interventions in support of Trentino's economic system"), and governed by the specific provisions of the individual "Crescita Trentino" annual interventions and by the general provisions common to all the interventions.

What it finances

Facilitated initiatives are included in the following facilitating measures - sub-measures

• fixed investments, also carried out by newly established companies
• company vehicles;
• business investments for energy transition, environmental protection,circular economy andenergy efficiency;
• riskinsurance on trade receivables;
• internationalisation of the provincial economic system;
• industrial research projects, experimental development and feasibility studies.

The subsidised expenses must be incurred within the 18 months preceding the date of application.Warning. For the year 2025 only, expenses incurred before the date of submission of the applicationwithin the 38 months preceding that date and in any case no later than 31 December 2025 are subsidised, for all the aid provided for by the facilitation measures - sub-measures. Applications are processed through an automatic procedure.

Incentives and spending limits

Each facilitating measure - sub-measure provides for a minimum and a maximum expenditure threshold and a related incentive measure.
Themaximum amount of expenditure per single incentive application, which may include several facilitating measures and sub-measures, is equal to Euro 300,000.

In return for the aid received, theenterprise has to comply with a number of obligations. There are also specific obligations for individual facilitation measures - sub-measures.

Enterprises of any size, meeting the requirements set out in the specific provisions of the individual "Crescita Trentino" annual interventions or in the general provisions common to all interventions.

The application may be submitted by

Delegate

Each applicant enterprise may submit one application for an incentive, from 1 January to 31 December of each year.
The application must be submitted via the IT platform only.

• insurance contract covering damage, directly caused by natural disasters and catastrophic events occurring in Italy, to the assets indicated in paragraph 1 of Article 2424 of the Italian Civil Code, (asset section, item B-II, numbers 1), 2) and 3)), pursuant to Law no. 213/2023 (art. 1, paragraphs 101 et seq. as amended by art. 13 of Decree-Law no. 202/2024 and art. 1 of Decree-Law no. 39/2025).

  The insurance contract is required as an access requirement for applications submitted from:

  • 30 June 2025, for large enterprises;
  • 2 October 2025, for medium-sized enterprises;
  • 1 January 2026, for small enterprises.

  Compliance with the obligation to take out the insurance contract is also required for incentive applications submitted before the aforementioned deadlines and granted after the same.

• affixing of thesingle project code - CUP on invoices issued as from 1 June 2023 and relating to incentive applications submitted as from 22 April 2023, in accordance with the operating instructions set out in Resolution of the Provincial Executive No. 728 of 23 May 2024
  
• certification of verification of expenses by a professional registered in the register of chartered accountants and accounting experts, in the register of statutory auditors, in the register of labour consultants, in a business technical assistance centre, in H.U.B. and service companies controlled by a trade association
  
• technical attestation by experts specialised in the field for the facilitation measures - sub-measures related to
  • energy transition and environmental protection
  • internationalisation of the provincial economic system;
  • industrial research projects, experimental development, feasibility studies.
