Annual Growth Aid Trentino - L.p. 6/2023

Aid granted, under the de minimis regime, through the submission of a single annual application, for measures carried out in several areas and within certain expenditure thresholds.
The following areas are eligible for aid

• fixed investments, also carried out as part of new initiatives
• company vehicles;
• energy transition and environmental protection;
• trade credit insurance;
• internationalisation;
• research and development.

Each facilitation area provides for a minimum and a maximum expenditure threshold and a related facilitation measure.
Themaximum amount of expenditure per individual aid application, which may include several facilitation areas, is EUR 300,000.
Interventions must be carried out within the 18 months preceding the date of submission of the application.

In return for the aid received, thecompany is required to comply with a number of obligations. There are also specific obligations for individual areas of facilitation.

Enterprises of any size, meeting the requirements set out in the specific provisions of the individual "Crescita Trentino" annual interventions or in the general provisions common to all interventions.

The application may be submitted by

Owner/legal representative of the enterprise
Delegate

Each applicant company may submit only one aid application, from 1 January to 31 December of each year.
The aid application must be submitted via the IT platform only.

The application for aid must be accompanied by the documentation required by the provisions and in particular

• attestation of verification of expenses by a professional registered with the professional association of Chartered Accountants and Bookkeeping Experts, Legal Auditors, the Order of Labour Consultants, or a C.A.T. - H.U.B. - service companies controlled by a trade association;
• technical attestation by specialised experts in the field of energy transition and environmental protection, internationalisation, research and development.

• insurance contract covering damage, directly caused by natural disasters and catastrophic events occurring on national territory, to the assets indicated in paragraph 1 of Article 2424 of the Italian Civil Code, (section Assets, item B-II, numbers 1), 2) and 3)), pursuant to Law no. 213/2023 (art. 1, paragraphs 101 et seq., as amended by art. 13 of Decree-Law no. 202/2024 and by art. 1 of Decree-Law no. 39/2025).

  The insurance contract is required as an access requirement for applications submitted from:

  • 30 June 2025, for large enterprises;
  • 2 October 2025, for medium-sized enterprises;
  • 1 January 2026, for small enterprises.

  Compliance with the obligation to take out the insurance contract is also required for incentive applications submitted before the aforementioned deadlines and granted after the same.
  

• affixing of theunique project code - CUP on invoices issued as of 1 June 2023 and relating to incentive applications submitted as of 22 April 2023, in accordance with the operative indications provided for by the Resolution of the Provincial Council no. 728 of 23 May 2024.
