Active job search enhancement catalogue

The Notice, approved by resolution No. 2429 of the Provincial Council of 21 December 2023, is aimed at identifying the providers to be included in the catalogue of training interventions for the strengthening of the active job search, broken down by venues and levels.

The objective of the training measures is to support the recipients, i.e. the unemployed in search of their first or new employment, as well as those suspended from employment to use suitable and effective active job search methods for the search of new employment opportunities, to support all participants in drawing up their curriculum vitae and to carry out a simulated job interview.

In the same specifically we assist the participant in the following actions:

• The active job search: overview of ways and channels to find a job;
• Creation and preparation of at least one CV in Europass format, with particular attention to the exposure of knowledge, skills and personal competences, previous work periods and covering or cover letters;
• Use of social networks to search for jobs;
• Cover letter
• How to apply for a job offer and how to behave before, during and after;
• Presentation of the services of the Trentinolavoro Portal and how to apply for the various offers;

Delivery to the participant of the CV and a model cover letter in digital or paper format.

The Notice is therefore aimed at regulating

• the procedures for the constitution of the catalogue of the implementing subjects of the training courses of Active Job Search, Basic, Advanced, Combined Basic/Advanced, courses which will be implemented in the territorial areas of Trentino corresponding to the 12 Job Centres, with a duration of 16 hours per person, for an indicative total of 740 courses and 11,000 recipients;
• carrying out the relevant management tasks for the provision of training.

The total amount of resources envisaged by the Notice is €4,000,000, financed with European resources for 40%, State resources for 42% and provincial resources for 18%.

It should be noted that measure no. 272 of 16/07/2024 approved the forms to be used by the training organisations for the management and reporting of training interventions for the enhancement of the active job search. The same can be viewed at this link.

Financing determinations and assignment of training activities.

Below it is possible to consult the financing determinations and implementation by the accredited proposing implementing bodies of the training activities for the strengthening of the active job search (Coding 2024_1_a1_03):

• Measure No. 395 dated 28 October 2024 - Employment Agency: Financing and implementation of training activities referring to editions with start date 04 November 2024.
• Measure no. 363 of date 01 October 2024 - Employment Agency: Funding and activation of training activities referred to the editions with start date 07 October 2024.
• Measure No. 320 of 4 September 2024 - Employment Agency: Financing and activation of training activities referred to the editions starting on 9 September 2024.
• Measure No. 317 of date 3 September 2024 - Employment Agency: Financing and activation of training activities referred to the editions starting on 9 September 2024.
• Measure No. 315 of 28 August 2024 - Employment Agency: Financing and activation of training activities referred to the editions starting on 2 September 2024.
• Measure No. 256 of 9 July 2024 - Employment Agency: Funding and activation of training activities referred to the editions with start date 15 July 2024.

Project proposals can be submitted from 23 January 2024 until the deadline of 22 February 2024 at 12.30 p.m.

Applications may be submitted by public and private organisations with registered offices in the European Union, Temporary Enterprise Groupings, consortia and EGs.

Inclusion in the catalogue of Training Interventions for the enhancement of active job search will only take place following theESF accreditation if the organisation does not already have it.

Project proposals can be submitted from 23 January 2024 until the deadline of 22 February 2024 at 12.30 pm.

Interested organisations must submit their application and project proposal through the computerised procedure of PRESENTATION AND MANAGEMENT OF TRAINING INTERVENTIONS.

New Entities, in order to access the computerised accreditation procedure, must first register in REGISTRATION. At the end of the registration procedure, an access link will be communicated to the e-mail address to access the reserved area. Project proposals must be drawn up using the online computerised procedure and consist of the following documents as set out in paragraph 9 of the Resolution of the Provincial Council no. 2429 dated 21 December 2023

1. Application for funding (Model A), also containing any proxy, digitally signed by the legal representative or his delegate, with power of signature, in compliance with the current regulations on revenue stamps (€16.00); to this end, the online submission procedure must indicate the details of the revenue stamp applied (date of issue and 14-digit identifier);
2. Project description (Form B). The project proposal must be drafted in Italian, with a maximum number of 50,000 (fifty thousand) characters, and digitally signed by the legal representative or his delegate with power of signature. This description must be particularly accurate and punctual in the descriptive part as it will be authentic for the implementation of the project. The minimum content and characteristics of the project description must meet the requirements indicated in the general criteria and evaluation grid;
3. Financial Estimate (Form C) digitally signed by the legal representative or its delegate with power of signature;
4. General Management Provisions digitally signed by the legal representative or its delegate with power of signature;
5. In the case of project proposals submitted by R.T.I., Consortia or G.E.I.E.: a. not yet constituted: letter of intent (Form D) for constitution digitally signed by all the legal representatives or their delegates with power of signature. In addition, the Application for Funding, the Project Description and the General Management Provisions must also be digitally signed by all the subjects intending to participate in the consortium or grouping. The training activity may not commence before the delivery of the documentation relating to the formalisation of the R.T.I., consortium or G.E.I.E. b. constituted: copy of the deed of constitution. The Application for Funding, the Project Description and the General Management Provisions must be digitally signed by the legal representative of the R.T.I., consortium or G.E.I.E. or its delegate with power of signature. This act of constitution must be uploaded in the appropriate section of the computer system dedicated to the data of the R.T.I., consortium or G.E.I.E.. In the case of a signature not made by the legal representative but by a delegate with power of signature, the delegation of signature must be attached, which must contain a specific indication of the power to bind the applicant, under penalty of ineligibility of the project proposal.

The applicant must download the application and the other required documents, digitally sign the documents in a single file, upload them onto the computer system and submit them to the Administration directly online through the computer system.

The computerised procedure will issue a receipt with the date and time of submission of the application.
