How to undertake the Family Audit certification route
As from 17 March 2025, private organisations may no longer submit an application for Family Audit certification (see G.P. Resolution 304/2025)
The Family Audit certification is a managerial tool available to public and private organisations of small, medium and large size (in accordance with the Provincial Council resolution no. 304 of 28 February 2025), which intend to certify their commitment to adopting measures aimed at favouring work-life balance, equal opportunities and, more generally, organisational wellbeing.
The mark of the Family Audit standard is owned by the Autonomous Province of Trento, which acts as certification body.

Public organisations with registered offices in Trentino or with registered offices in the regions of the national territory which have collaboration agreements in place pursuant to Article 11 paragraph 2b of Provincial Law 1/2011 (as of today Apulia Region, Autonomous Region of Sardinia, Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia, Veneto Region, Piedmont Region, Umbria Region)
To start the Family Audit certification process, the application must be sent to the following pec address umse.coesionesociale@pec.provincia.tn.it
Before sending the application, the organisation must have identified an internal Contact Person for Family Audit certification.
After sending the Application, the Autonomous Province of Trento produces the PagoPA payment notice enabling the organisation to pay the cost-sharing fee for the certification.
It is possible to submit the Application for Activation of the Certification Process at any time.
After submitting the Application, following a communication from the UMSE Development and Support for Social Cohesion Policies, the organisation can search for and pay the pagoPA payment notice of the certification cost-sharing fee on the website mypay.provincia.tn.it (Payment Portal of the Autonomous Province of Trento).
Following payment, the organisation will receive a notice of acceptance of the application at its pec address, and it will be possible to view the status of the application in order to continue with the fulfilments envisaged in the certification process.
