How to submit an application to activate the Family Audit certification maintenance process

Description

The Family Audit certification is a managerial tool available to public organisations (small, medium, and large) that intend to certify their commitment to adopting measures to promote work-life balance, equal opportunities, and more generally, organisational wellbeing.

The Family Audit standard mark is owned by the Autonomous Province of Trento, which acts as the certifying body.

The maintenance process commits the organisation to guarantee for three years the level of work-life balance achieved with the previous process.

More information is available at this link.

Who it's for

The maintenance process can be activated at the end of the certification or consolidation process, by public and private organisations with registered office in Trentino or with registered office in the regions of the national territory which have collaboration agreements in place pursuant to Article 11, paragraph 2b of Provincial Law 1/2011 (as of today Apulia Region, Autonomous Region of Sardinia, Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia, Veneto Region, Piedmont Region, Umbria Region).

The application for activation of the Family Audit maintenance process may be sent by the legal representative of the organisation or its delegate/attorney.

What to do

To start the maintenance process, the application must be sent through the Autonomous Province of Trento's online services portal, authenticating in the prescribed manner (CPS, CNS, SPID).

After submitting the Application, the Autonomous Province of Trento produces the PagoPA payment notice allowing the organisation to pay the cost-sharing fee for the certification
