How to activate the Family Audit certification consolidation process

Description

The Family Audit certification is a managerial tool available to organisations (small, medium and large) that intend to certify their commitment to adopting measures to promote work-life balance, equal opportunities and, more generally, organisational wellbeing.

The mark of the Family Audit standard is owned by the Autonomous Province of Trento, which acts as certification body.

The consolidation process commits the organisation for three years to consolidate and renew the activities and strategies introduced with the previous processes.

More information is available at this link.

Who it's for

The consolidation process can be activated by public and private organisations that have already obtained the Family Audit Executive certificate and completed the maintenance or consolidation process.

The consolidation process can only be activated by organisations with registered office in Trentino or with registered office in the regions of the national territory which have collaboration agreements in place pursuant to Article 11 paragraph 2b of Provincial Law 1/2011 (as of today Apulia Region, Autonomous Region of Sardinia, Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia, Veneto Region, Piedmont Region, Umbria Region).

The application for activation of the Family Audit consolidation process may be sent by the legal representative of the organisation or his/her delegate/attorney.

What to do

In order to start the consolidation process, the application must be submitted online, authenticating in the prescribed manner (CPS, CNS, SPID)

Before sending the application, the organisation must have identified an internal Contact Person for Family Audit certification

After submitting the Application, the Autonomous Province of Trento produces the PagoPA payment notice enabling the organisation to pay the cost-sharing fee for the certification
