AG 3 LAB English facilitation service on 26-27 May 2026

The AG 3 LAB is a workshop bringing together the members and observers of Action Group 3 (AG 3) "labour market, education and training" of the European Strategy for the Alpine Region (EUSALP) to be carried out with the support of a process facilitator/facilitator and moderator to support the participants in the concrete definition of the activities foreseen in the 2026-2028 work plan of the aforementioned Group and financed in the framework of the 4Support EUSALP Project (ASP0800711) CUP: C69I25003730006.

The service includes the following elements

- facilitation of the AG 3 LAB (approximately 8 hours), which will be held in Trento on 26 and 27 May 2026;

- preparatory activities for the LAB (up to 8 hours), including an acquaintance meeting, prior to the LAB, with the team coordinating AG 3 aimed, on the one hand, at providing background information and the documents that form the basis for the Group's work and, on the other, at understanding the facilitator/facilitator's working method and proposed agenda;

- concluding LAB report giving an account of the working method used and the results achieved.

Estimated value of the service: Euro 1,900.00=.

The facilitator/facilitator should meet the following requirements

• Knowledge of English at a level of at least C1 according to the standard defined by the European Union;
• Previous experience in facilitating decision-making processes and strategic meetings: at least 3 assignments, carried out in public and private organisations, at least one of which in English;
• Knowledge and use of facilitation methodologies aimed at stimulating collective intelligence and use of interactive formats to strengthen group cohesion (e.g. design thinking, structured brainstorming);
• Registration on the "Contracta" portal in one or more of the following CPV/commodity categories related (Common Procurement Vocabulary) to the subject of the contract:
  • Macrocategory MEPAT032 - Consulting and support services for PA activities;
  • Category 73000000-2 Research and development services as well as consulting and related services;
  • Category 79421000-1 Project management services, excluding construction projects;
  • Category 80510000-2 Specialised training services.

Experience related to the topics covered in AG 3 concerning, among others, educational and vocational training processes, employment guidance, youth inclusion, labour market transformations, support to local development of peripheral and mountainous areas, transnational cooperation will also be considered.
