Towards the Trentino digital district 2026

The Flagship Project, financed through a specific agreement with the Department for Digital Transformation in the context of the funding provided by the PNRR, implements a series of actions that impart a technological discontinuity to the projects managed under the Digital Agenda 2022-2024, moving the Province's information systems to tools, methodologies, and approaches that benefit from the latest technological developments in Europe ready for the digital era.

The aim is to transform the public administration into the best ally of citizens and businesses, by offering increasingly efficient and easily accessible services, acting on the digital infrastructure aspects: the migration to the Cloud of specific strategic platforms; the widespread interoperability between public bodies and the exploitation of data; the streamlining of procedures according to the once-only principle.

The areas of intervention, selected together with the Department for Digital Transformation, concern

• the implementation of an artificial intelligence programme in the PA system related to the benefits for public decision-making and the delivery of public services
• the evolution according to thecloud paradigmof strategic application platforms;
• the development of digital services with users at the centre;
• the activation of a territorial node on digital and methodological skills , and the re-use of data and software and master data management.

The four areas of intervention are periodically updated with the sheets of the relevant initiatives.
