| In the integral protection area: - Extraordinary maintenance of the spillway channel ("alveo di Volano") carried out by the Consorzio di Bonifica Atesino di Trento (in connection with the water-scooping machine), subject to authorisation and in accordance with the prescriptions of the provincial service responsible for protected areas. The intervention is always authorised when the Consortium indicates that the growth of grasses restricts the free flow of water to the water-scooping machine.
- Ordinary and extraordinary maintenance interventions for conservation, environmental recovery and public use and those envisaged by specific projects, approved by the Provincial Service responsible for protected areas.
In the partial protection area: - Conduction of the agricultural land included in the buffer area with current and traditional agronomic cultivation techniques, if compatible with the protection criteria of the Provincial Nature Reserve.
- Fruit and vine replacement and replanting on the same cultivated plots are authorised.
- Circulation of agricultural vehicles in cultivated areas, limited to owners, tenants, usufructuaries, administrators or agricultural workers.
- Circulation on the inter-farm road identified by p.f. 965 C.C. Names.

- Use mineral and organic fertilisers and carry out phytosanitary treatments, according to the protocol of understanding for integrated agricultural production in Trentino.
- Carry out ordinary and extraordinary maintenance work for conservation, environmental restoration and public use, as well as those projects approved by the Provincial Service responsible for protected areas.
| On the whole Provincial Nature Reserve (integral and partial protection area), subject to specific and conditional permits in the partial protection area and extraordinary maintenance of the canal: - Modify or alter in any way the elements that make up the Provincial Nature Reserve.
- Deposit waste or materials of any kind and to carry out excavations, changes of cultivation, land reclamation or draining works.
- Cultivating quarries and peat bogs, and revoking the right to any authorisations already granted for this purpose.
- Introducing, removing or damaging plants and mushrooms of any species, except for scientific, study or conservation reasons of the Provincial Nature Reserve and subject to authorisation by the Provincial Service responsible for protected areas.
- Kill, disturb, introduce or take away any animal species, except for scientific, study or conservation reasons.
- Introduce waste water or water that in any way may alter the special characteristics of the Provincial Nature Reserve.
- Using pesticides, herbicides, mineral or organic fertilisers, if these uses may trigger eutrophication phenomena, permanently alter the biochemical characteristics of the water, or harm wildlife. (Use is only permitted if it does not cause such damage and according to the memorandum of understanding).
- Crossing of the area by overhead power lines and telephone service lines.
- Overflying the Provincial Nature Reserve at low altitude by aircraft or helicopters.
- Making sounds, lights, disturbing noises.
- Camping, lighting fires, letting dogs or other domestic animals roam.
- Circulate with any mechanical or animal means of locomotion.
- Damaging existing signposting and visitor facilities in the protected area.
In the protected area (additional prohibitions): - Entering the protected area on foot, except for persons carrying out scientific, surveillance and management activities.
- Fishing and bathing, using watercraft, taking water in open basins and canals.
