Permitted activities

Limits and prohibitions

• Continuation of mowing where customary.
• Access to cultivated land, even with motor vehicles, by the owner or tenant.
• Maintenance work on facilities or infrastructures of public interest, after consulting the provincial service responsible for protected areas.
• Exercise of cross-country skiing and ordinary management of authorised trails.
• Ordinary and extraordinary maintenance interventions on non-snowy terrain subject to authorisation by the Provincial Service responsible for protected areas.
• Interventions necessary for conservation, bio-ecological rebalancing, cultural enjoyment and scientific research, carried out by the Provincial Service responsible for protected areas.

• Modify or alter the elements of the Provincial Nature Reserve.
• Deposit waste or materials, carry out excavations, changes of cultivation, land reclamation or land draining.
• Cultivate quarries and peat bogs.
• Placing, removing or damaging plants, collecting or damaging mushrooms or other undergrowth products.
• Hunting and fishing, releasing, taking or disturbing animals, letting dogs or other domestic animals roam.
• Erecting constructions or artefacts of any kind.
• Draining or injecting water or sewage.
• Carry out land clearing for agricultural purposes.
• Using pesticides or poisoned bait.
• Crossing the area with new power, telephone or other lines.
• Leave the paths and wander off them (except for owners, tenants, possessors).
• Entering by any mechanical or animal means of transport.
• Overflying at low altitude and landing aircraft.
• Camping, lighting fires, causing disturbing lights, sounds and noises.
• Carrying out folklore activities (other organised events require authorisation).
• Erecting any type of fence that may damage or impede the passage of wildlife.
• Removing or damaging Provincial Nature Reserve signs.
• Circulation of snow groomers outside the authorised tracks.
