Permitted activities

Limits and prohibitions

• Cultivation of agricultural land (only pp.ff. 900, C.C. di Tassullo) using traditional or modern cultivation techniques compatible with the protection of the Provincial Nature Reserve.
• Circulation of agricultural vehicles in cultivated areas, exclusively to owners, tenants, usufructuaries, administrators or agricultural workers.
• Mineral and organic treatments and fertilisation within specific limits (see details in the annex to the resolution).
• Interventions for conservation, environmental restoration, public use according to an approved interdisciplinary plan.

• Modifying or altering the elements of the Provincial Nature Reserve.
• Deposit waste or materials, excavate, change cultivation, reclaim or drain the land.
• Cultivate quarries and peat bogs, and revoke existing authorisations.
• Introducing, removing or damaging plants and fungi, except for scientific or conservation reasons with prior authorisation.
• Killing, disturbing, releasing or taking animal species, except for specific reasons.
• Introduce waste water or water that alters the characteristics of the Provincial Nature Reserve.
• Using pesticides, herbicides, mineral or organic fertilisers that cause eutrophication or permanently alter the biochemical characteristics of the water.
• Crossing the area with overhead power lines or telephone lines.
• Overflying at low altitude with planes or helicopters.
• Making sounds, lights, disturbing noises
• Circulating with recreational vehicles.
• Bathing and using watercraft.
• Camping, lighting fires, letting dogs or other domestic animals roam.
• Entering the protected area off marked trails, except for owners/tenants or for scientific/surveillance/management activities.
