- Work necessary for the conservation and restoration of the Provincial Nature Reserve, on the basis of a specific plan.
- Minor constructions for the cultural and scientific enjoyment of the Provincial Nature Reserve.
- Land reclamation and hydraulic works, water drainage, if provided for in the environmental restoration project.
- The introduction and removal of animal species for scientific and conservation purposes.
- Access to the protected area outside the marked paths only for land owners, usufructuaries, tenants or holders of other title, and for persons carrying out scientific, surveillance and management activities.
| - Modify or alter in any way the elements that make up the Provincial Nature Reserve.
- Deposit waste or materials of any kind.
- Alter or modify the natural vegetation.
- Excavate, reclaim or drain the land.
- Cultivating quarries or peat bogs and revoking the right to any authorisations already granted for this purpose, except for reasons of conservation and restoration of the Provincial Nature Reserve.
- Constructions of any kind, even of a temporary nature or to be deposited, even temporarily, prefabricated. Only modest constructions for the cultural and scientific enjoyment of the Provincial Nature Reserve are permitted.
- Changes in cultivation or any environmental alteration, whether they refer to the physical or naturalistic framework, with particular regard to flora and fauna.
- Land reclamation and hydraulic works, water abstraction, except for those included in the environmental restoration project.
- Extraction of peat, sand, soil or other material.
- Earth movements, such as to alter the physiographic structure and biological imbalances of the area.
- Damaging, uprooting, cutting and removing plants of any species, except for scientific and conservation reasons of the Provincial Nature Reserve, subject to authorisation by the Provincial Service responsible for protected areas.
- Hunting and fishing within the Provincial Nature Reserve.
- Kill, capture, injure or disturb wild animals.
- Introducing waste water or water that may alter the peculiar characteristics of the Provincial Nature Reserve itself.
- Agro-pastoral activities that conflict with the maintenance of the Provincial Nature Reserve's peculiar characteristics.
- Use of pesticides and herbicides of any toxicity class.
- Mineral or organic fertilisation that may trigger eutrophication phenomena, or permanently alter the biochemical characteristics of the water.
- Crossing of the area by overhead power lines and telephone service lines.
- Overflying at low altitude by aircraft or helicopters.
- Disturbing noises
- Circulation with motor vehicles of any kind.
- Picking and damaging mushrooms and other undergrowth products.
- Camping, lighting fires, letting dogs or other domestic animals roam.
- Entering the protected area outside the marked paths, except for the owner, usufructuary, tenant or holder of other title and persons carrying out scientific, surveillance and management activities.
