Permitted activities

Limits and prohibitions

• Continuation of agricultural activity on the areas cultivated on the date of the decision, using traditional or modern compatible methods.
• Routine and extraordinary maintenance of tool shelters on agricultural land.
• Access to cultivated land (including by motor vehicles) by the owner, tenant or possessor.
• Maintenance work on facilities or infrastructures as prescribed by the provincial service responsible for protected areas.
• Grazing in the areas identified by the protection project.
• Circulation of bicycles along the route of the cycle path.
• The Provincial Service responsible for protected areas may authorise the crossing of overhead or underground pipelines.
• Interventions necessary for conservation, bio-ecological rebalancing, cultural enjoyment and scientific research, carried out by the Provincial Service responsible for protected areas.

• Modify or alter the elements of the Provincial Nature Reserve
• Depositing waste, excavating, changing cultivation, reclaiming or draining the land
• Cultivate quarries and peat bogs
• Leaving the paths and wandering in the Provincial Nature Reserve outside of them (except for owners and workers); entering with any mechanical or animal means of transport
• Use and mooring of boats along the Rio Fossone upstream of the cycle path bridge.
• Overflying at low altitude and landing of aircraft.
• Entering, removing or damaging plants/parts of them.
• Hunting, releasing, taking or disturbing animal species; letting dogs or other domestic animals roam.
• Fishing in the Rio Fossone upstream of the cycle path bridge.
• Camping, lighting fires, spreading lights, sounds and disturbing noises
• Carrying out competitive or folkloristic activities (other organised events require authorisation).
• Pumping sewage, drawing water in the fountain area
• Using pesticides or poisoned bait for purposes unrelated to permitted activities.
• Clearing wooded, grassland and uncultivated areas for agricultural purposes.
• Using mulching with artificial materials.
• Erecting constructions or artefacts, including temporary ones.
• Erect fencing that may cause damage or impede the passage of wildlife.
• Remove or damage Provincial Nature Reserve signs.
