Limits and prohibitions

Partially protected area

• Continuation of agricultural activity on cultivated land (according to traditional or modern methods compatible with the Provincial Nature Reserve; new intensive cultivation requires the binding opinion of the Provincial Service responsible for protected areas).
• Renovation of tool shelters on agricultural land.
• Access to cultivated land (also with motor vehicles) for owners, tenants, possessors.

• Not otherwise specified in the prohibited activities for the whole area.

Entire area

• Fishing: Allowed in two stretches of the left bank of the river Noce:
  - From the northern boundary of the Provincial Nature Reserve southwards for 60 m to the threshold on the River Noce.
  - From the southern boundary of the Provincial Nature Reserve northwards for about 1150 m, at the agricultural areas.
• Taking of marble trout spawners for fish restocking purposes (under the control and with the prior authorisation of the Fauna Service and the Provincial Service responsible for protected areas).
• Interventions required for conservation, bio-ecological re-balancing, cultural fruition and scientific research (by or on behalf of the Provincial Service responsible for protected areas).
• Interventions for the maintenance of installations or infrastructures of public interest.

• Modifying or altering in any way the elements that make up the Provincial Nature Reserve.
• Depositing waste or materials, excavating, changing cultivation, reclaiming or draining the land.
• Cultivate quarries and peat bogs.
• Entering, removing or damaging plants or parts thereof, collecting or damaging mushrooms or other undergrowth products.
• Hunting, releasing, taking or disturbing animal species (except for taking marble trout), letting dogs or other domestic animals roam (including for herding).
• Draining or releasing water or sewage slurry.
• Clearing forest, grassland and uncultivated areas for agricultural purposes.
• Using pesticides of any kind or poisoned bait (for purposes outside the normal course of permitted activities).
• Use mulching with man-made materials.
• Crossing the area with new electricity, telephone or other overhead or underground lines.
• Leaving the paths and wandering in the Provincial Nature Reserve outside of them (except for owners, tenants, possessors).
• Entering the protected area with any kind of mechanical or animal means of transport.
• Flying at low altitude and landing aircraft, bathing and using watercraft.
• Camping, lighting fires, causing disturbing lights, sounds and noises, carrying out competitive or folkloric activities (other organised events require authorisation).
• Erecting any type of fence that could damage or impede the passage of wildlife.
• Remove or damage the Provincial Nature Reserve identification and boundary signs.
