Description
Land Registry Certifications
The tavolari decrees are entered into computerised form and the tavolari lots are updated daily by means of the Management programme, which computerises the changes contained in the applications and ordered in the tavolari decrees.
The old table extract is thus replaced by the copy of the ledger.
The copies of the ledger are automatically backdated by the system to the second working day before the processing day and contain all entries and plats up to that day.
This is an absolutely up-to-date certification: there is in fact a link between the tavolary journal and the tavolary lot that allows for a provisional lead in real time already at the stage of entering the data of the tavolary application in the journal: in a very short time, after the comparison of the tavolary status with the content of the documents by the registrar, the provisional lead will become definitive lead.
Subsequently, the registrar will proceed to examine the application and prepare the decree for signature by the Land Registry Judge: following the decree's tabulation, the lead will be cancelled but the journal number will remain at the top of the tavolare lot as the last lead made.
The Copy of the Master Book (or Copy of the Tavular Lot) may be :
- current: that is, containing only the inscriptions relating to the current tavolar status
- historical: including all entries, even those that have been cancelled
- withcertification value: bearing the signature and seal of the Office
- without certification value: with the value of a simple view
In addition to the copy of the computerised table lot, articles 18 and 19 of the Rules provide for the possibility of issuing a copy of the new real index (parcel registry) and of the register-index of owners, as well as the archive of cancelled entries; copies of the master book placed out of use may also be requested, but only for the entire table lot.
