Land register - tavolare

The land register is a system of real estate publicity in force in our Province of Trento as well as in the Provinces of Bolzano, Trieste, Gorizia and in some municipalities of the Provinces of Udine, Brescia, Belluno and Vicenza. It is a system derived from Austro-Hungarian legislation that is based on the Tavolare Law, which is a set of rules having the character of a special law and that therefore prevails over the common civil law, if incompatible with the latter.
